I think of conventional OTC health products are standard things like multivitamins and typical OTC vitamins you can buy at any drug store or mass market retailer. They aren't 'natural' in that they have a lot of synthetic ingredients and fillers that aren't necessarily good for you. More natural healthcare products tend to be optimized to work best in the body and have maximum bioavailability and absorption. They are also non GMO, gluten free, vegan and have no preservatives. More natural healthcare products are generally more expensive and available at specialty stores, that's a big clue for me.
