Blog 3 - Question 1
I typically purchase ordinary OTC products at a variety of retailers - Target, Kroger, or CVS. Wherever I happen to be doing my grocery shopping or if I need something, like Benadryl, in a pinch. I do some of my natural shopping at these places as well, however, I much prefer Trader Joes or Whole Foods for more natural OTC remedies or supplements since they have a much better selection. I love exploring new options for natural OTC supplements and remedies at specialty vitamin shops or Whole Foods, where the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful if I have a question. I don't usually get that experience when shopping for standard OTC remedies at mass retailers. The specialty stores are generally more expensive, however, sometimes the results are worth the extra money. I also have an amazon prime account, so if a supplement is too expensive, I generally will check on Amazon to see what the price is there. I'm definitely a price comparison shopper :)
