Me Myself and I Question 3


My approach to caring for myself has changed - I used to exercise alot more, and I would still like to I just don't have the time.  I now try to incorporate healthier habits into my everyday routine - I try to eat healthier, watch my sugar intake, I don't drink coffee or sodas anymore and I try to reduce my gluten intake.  Kenzo keeps me pretty active so I get daily exercise that way, but I would like to be able to take a yoga class once or twice a week as I find that it helps me physically and mentally.  I also take a few supplements (especially B vitamins) to help with my energy levels and I drink a lot of Kombucha and water.   I would also like to get a massage at least twice a month as I find my body responds to those very well.  I suppose my health and wellness priority now is less about strength and more about optimizing my body and giving it the nutrients it needs specifically.  I now focus on my mental well being as well as my physical - yoga, massages, certain supplements I take play a role in that as well.
