Me, Myself & I Question 5







These are the brands that really help me get through the day.   I love grocery shopping and Kroger is my home away from home.   I try my best to meal plans, but I do have certain brands that are go-to's for me.  Kroger is affordable and gives coupons, which I love.

In trying to be more healthy, I've become an EVOL brand loyalist.  The food taste great and it's made of wholesome healthy ingredients with less 'junk'.  They have an amazing breakfast selection.

Even though I no longer drink coffee, I still love Starbucks.  I mostly order tea there now, but I love the Starbucks experience.  I go there to do alot of work.

Tazo Tea is a new brand that I'm a fanatic for, especially since I've stopped drinking coffee.  I think of the tea as elevated and refined, and I feel good drinking it, even though it's a bit pricier.

Finally, I do love Kellogg's brand of cereals.  I've been a Kellogg's fan since I was a child and it reminds me of my childhood.  I tend to gravitate toward the less sweet cereals now, but I do love Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies.  My father loves Kellogg's too, and I believe that is another reason I am loyal to the brand.

I definitely think vitamins and supplements are especially appropriate to buy as a natural product because I believe they are better fortified to nourish the body versus those that are more conventional.   I try to buy natural vitamins as often as I can (and if I can afford it). I'm not sure that any healthcare categories are least appropriate to have natural options.  I think it is good for all healthcare categories to offer some kind of natural options for those who may be sensitive to ingredients in the standard OTC products or just want to use a more holistic approach to their health.

Blog 4 - Question 5

I am a big fan of the idea of the Natural Whole Body Care products listed...  I like that the ingredients include 'time tested' ingredients made to support the body AND mind.   The Herbal Stress Support stood out to me as the one I would most want to try.  I would also be curious to try the herbal sleep aid as sometimes I have trouble with insomnia, but I don't want to take heavy duty OTC sleep medicine. A.   If this came from a new brand, I would definitely be open to try it as long as it wasn't too expensive.  I would probably try one of the products (probably the stress relief formula) to see how it worked before trying the other ones.   I suppose coming from a new brand that isn't established, I would be curious to try the product and/or search for reviews online or ask my friends if they have tried them. B.    I don't know that I could see One A Day doing a whole all natural, holistic line like this or if I would support i...

Blog 3- Question 5

In CVS, I found the natural products mixed in with the conventional products - the natural cold medicine mixed in with the conventional cold medicine, the natural laxatives mixed in with the conventional laxatives, etc.  I would prefer that all the natural medicines be located in one section together and not mixed in with the conventional OTC products.  To me, it makes finding all natural products simpler as it can be a bit of a scavenger hunt finding the all natural products when they are mixed  in with the conventional ones.
